We at Laredo Discount Metals have had a wonderful history, growing to be the largest supplier of structural steel and metal building components in the area. We try and do this through value and service to the customer. Anyone can sell steel, but we try and provide that extra value that is missing in so many other businesses these days. Through God’s grace and hard work, we have grown and grown and owe it all to you – our loyal customer!

With over 20,000 metric tons in Laredo, 3 roll formers that we own in San Angelo, and 3 service locations – 2 in Laredo and one in Premont, we look forward to serving you. We recently added farm and ranch supplies, such as feed, hay, horse supplies, T-posts, hunting equipment and even plumbing and electrical hardware items. We buy direct from the US mills, as well as from Mexico all the way to the Far East , searching for value and quality products. We handle prime quality material down to inexpensive secondary items with which the consumer can truly save big money!
