Warranties

All manufacturer's standard warranties are in effect. Laredo Discount Metals does not extend or enhance any warranty on any product.

Returned Material Policy

There will be absolutely NO returns OR refunds on special orders. There will be a 20% restocking charge on all other stock material. On all refunds, the material must be returned in original condition and accompanied with a sales receipt within 25 days of the date of purchase. The condition of the material returned will be determined by Laredo Discount Metals.

Stocking & Pricing Policy

Some products listed in the catalog are not kept in stock at all times. Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Please call to verify pricing and availability. If you have an inquiry on products not listed, please call. If they are not in stock, we would like to special order them for you.

Delivery Service

Laredo Discount Metals offers a delivery service to its customers. Please call for pricing. Many orders delivered at no charge.

Storage Policy

All orders on stock products must be picked up, or arrangements made for delivery, within ten (10) working days from the date of order. After this time, the material will be placed back into stock. To request extension, notify your sales person.

Special Order Policy

Full payment will be required on all special order products.

Cutting Policy

Orders can be cut to length for customer convenience. Full pieces sold. No drops. Special cuts will be assessed a cutting fee negotiated between Laredo Discount Metals and customer. Items cut to length, cut in half or cut to size are not returnable.
